The most important thing to remember is your pet’s vaccination card or proof of their vaccines. It is essential that vaccinations are up to date for your pet to stay with us and we need to confirm this before we can allow them to stay.

We have plenty of plastic beds, soft bedding and bowls which we can use but if you would prefer to bring along your pets own bedding and toys please feel free to do so and we will ensure it is kept with your pet during their stay. Sometimes a familiar item or smell from home can help pets settle better.

We don’t require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking. If your plans change or you need to cancel, we understand, please give us as much notice as possible as we often have a cancellation list. You can pay for your pets stay when you leave them in or collect, whichever is best for you! We accept payment by card or cash.

Dogs must have their annual booster and kennel cough vaccines up to date prior to boarding. Cats must have their annual booster up to date prior to boarding.

Please ensure these are given in good time before boarding so they are fully effective. Your vet will be able to advise on when they should be given prior to boarding.

We have a range of foods available, including dried and tinned, which we can provide. If you’d prefer to bring your pet's own food to keep them on their usual diet you can do this. We do our best to keep feeding times as you do at home. If your pet is on a specific diet we recommend that you bring this with you.

Yes of course we can administer medication to your pet. We will check with you how you normally administer it at home and at what times. We will ensure it is given at the required times. We have lots of experience in administering medication to pets with various medical conditions such as heart problems, incontinence, diabetes, epilepsy and arthritis.
